Yes, SafeHash is available globally. However, users must comply with their local regulations regarding cryptocurrency. We do not provide services to users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.

Gateway addresses are permanently linked to your account and destination wallet. If you accidentally share the wrong gateway address, funds will still be verified and forwarded to your wallet. If you need to change your destination wallet, you can do so from your dashboard (changes take effect for future transactions only).

Yes, you can receive payments from centralized exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, etc. However, some exchanges may flag gateway addresses as "intermediate wallets." If you encounter issues, contact our support team for guidance on configuring your gateway for exchange withdrawals.

Each transaction has two components:

• Verification Fee: Based on your plan - FREE for Starter, 1.0% for Professional, or custom rate (starting at 0.5%) for Enterprise.
• Network Gas Fee: The blockchain transaction fee for forwarding funds to your wallet. We pass this through at cost with no markup.

Example: On the Professional plan, if someone sends you $100, you'll receive approximately $98.50 ($100 - $1.00 verification fee - ~$0.50 gas fee).

No hidden fees, ever. You pay only the verification fee (based on your plan) plus network gas costs (passed through at cost without markup). There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no surprise charges. All fees are clearly displayed before you create a gateway and shown on each transaction in your dashboard.

Fees are automatically deducted from each transaction before forwarding. For example, on the Professional plan (1.0% fee), if someone sends you 1 ETH, we'll forward approximately 0.99 ETH to your wallet (minus network gas). You never need to pay invoices or maintain a balance - everything is handled automatically.

On the FREE Starter plan, only network gas fees are deducted - there's no verification fee.

No. You are only charged for successfully verified and forwarded transactions. If we block a scam token, no fee is charged. This is our commitment to protecting you - you never pay for protection against fraudulent tokens.

The FREE Starter plan is great for getting started, but has some limitations:

• Limited to 5 gateway addresses (Professional/Enterprise: unlimited)
• Low priority queue during high traffic periods
